Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At CarGuy.Space, we know you want your gear fast so you can get back to the project. We ship all orders directly from our workshop in Montreal, Quebec.

Processing Times

• 3D Printed Tools: Since many of our workshop tools are printed to order, please allow 2-4 business days for production before shipping.

• The Wash Station (Soaps): Standard items typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days.

• Rest of Canada: 4–9 business days.

• Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup in the Montreal area (Brossard). Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

International Shipping (USA)

We ship to the United States via USPS/Tracked Packet.

• Delivery Time: Typically 5–12 business days.

• Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. Since we ship under the "De Minimis" threshold for most small orders, US customers rarely see extra charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your label is printed, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
